1. Processing Time

  • Order confirmation & system entry: 1 business day
  • Design & quality check: 1 business day
  • Production time: 5–7 business days for Hoodies and T-Shirts
  • Logistics handling: 1 business day
  • Tracking number issued: Within 24 hours on normal working days (excluding weekends and holidays)

2. Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be updated within 8–9 business days for Hoodies and T-Shirts (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Delivery Time

  • The total delivery time is calculated as:
    Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected within 13–17 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In case of force majeure (such as logistics disruptions or customs delays), we will notify you of any delays within 3 business days and provide alternative solutions.
